Old Line Board of Approved Soccer Officials assigns officials to work games in Carroll County and surrounding areas in Maryland including Baltimore, Frederick, and Howard Counties as while as Adams County in Pennsylvania.  Our membership includes United States Soccer Federation (USSF), National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS), and National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (NISOA) certified officials.

The outdoor leagues supported currently (or in the past) include National Capital Soccer League (NCSL), Washington Area Girls Soccer League (WAGSL), Baltimore Beltway Soccer League (BBSL), Carroll County Youth Soccer League (CCYSL), Frederick County Youth Soccer League (FCYSL), Central Maryland Short-Sided League (CMSSL), Super Y League, Region I Premier/Colonial Leagues, La Liga Latina De Fútbol, Metro, Harford County Soccer League (HCSL), and West Carroll Rec.

Old Line Board of Approved Soccer Officials provides coverage to outdoor tournaments sponsored by Freedom Soccer Club (FSC) and Gettysburg Youth Soccer Club (GYSC).

We assign officials for Carroll County Public Schools (CCPS), and several private schools including Carroll Christian, Faith Christian, Liberty Christian, Mt. Airy Christian, and St. Stephens. 

In addition, we provide officials for indoor leagues and tournaments at Carroll Indoor Sports Center.
